Thawing Systems

Frozen foo like meat, fish and poultry should be brought about 0°C or above before further treatment.

This warming-up process must be carefully done to keep the high quality of the product. De-freezing with water or in the open air often results in bacterial problems and long waiting times.

Suitable for this process are the Reich AIRMASTER ATA systems with controlled temperature and humidity. The system can be delivered in different sizes and with suitable heating system.

Computer controlled thawing procedure, to attain high quality under economic criteria.
